Yaffa has dedicated her career to making an impact in healthcare, combining her business leadership expertise with a deep passion for empowering families. She earned her Master of Science in Healthcare Management and has led operations across information technology, HR, compliance, revenue cycle management, and more. Her experience in the ABA space inspired her to build A Gem of Joy with a culture of authenticity and genuine joy.
Erica brings over a decade of experience in ABA, from teaching in public and private schools to leading clinical teams. She holds a master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and has worked across centers, schools, and home settings with individuals from age two to adulthood. Her focus is on empowering families and building genuine, compassionate relationships.
