Why in-home

Real progress happens where life happens.

For children ages 2–6, the home is the most powerful classroom. Skills practiced at the dinner table or during bath time generalize faster — and last longer.

Familiar surroundings, faster comfort

No clinic transitions, no unfamiliar rooms. Therapy fits your child's rhythm — naps, snacks, and all.

Skills that generalize

Brushing teeth, transitioning, requesting — practiced in the moments where they actually matter.

Family is the team

You see every session. Ask questions, learn alongside your child, and grow as their first teacher.

No commute, no waitlist

We come to you across Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore City, and Baltimore County.

Parent stories

Families who trusted us with their first steps.

From the very first call, I felt heard. Our BCBA actually listened to what mattered to us — sleep, mealtimes, our toddler. Six months in, the change is real.

Talk to a real human
What is in-home ABA therapy? +
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the most studied, evidence-based therapy for autism. "In-home" simply means we deliver it where your child learns best — at home, around real routines, with caregivers involved every step of the way.
Do you accept Maryland Medicaid? +
Yes — we accept Maryland Medicaid as well as most major commercial insurance plans. We'll verify your benefits before any sessions begin so you know exactly what's covered.
What ages do you serve? +
We specialize in early intervention for children ages 2–6, the developmental window where ABA is most impactful. If your child falls outside this range, give us a call and we'll point you toward great local partners.
How quickly can we start? +
Most families begin within 1–2 weeks of their first call — much faster than typical waitlists. The exact timeline depends on insurance authorization, which we drive on your behalf.
How many hours per week is therapy? +
Your BCBA will recommend hours based on your child's needs — typically 10–25 hours per week. We'll always work around naps, school, and family schedules.
Will I be involved in the sessions? +
Absolutely. Our model is built around the family. You're welcome in every session, and you'll receive weekly parent training so you can carry skills forward in every moment.
